"For a last minute trip, we couldn't beat the location. Less than 10 minutes from Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton main streets as well as from Sagaponack beaches. "This was my first time to the Hamptons and it was very enjoyable. The property we stayed at was a good part of making our 5 day stay so successful. The salt water pool was clean and was right on the bay. The deck, also on the bay, was a lovely place to have our coffee and breakfast. They also had a parking pass for the beach, which saved us the $40 or $50 non-resident parking fee! Brothers Patrick and Brian shared their knowledge of places to go and restaurants to frequent. Bayview Resort is an older property and could use some upgrading in their rooms. But all in all it was about what we expected, and the service was superior. Patricia"

"JM was a really great host. Coming into the trip, we had a lot of questions and JM patiently answered all of them and and even make sure we had a crib and high chair set up for my baby upon request. He was extremely response before and during the trip and we are grateful for the open communication. The backyard is stunning, with beautiful views of the bay and while relaxing in the pool. This was a multi-generational trip and we all had a great time, felt comfortable and clean. Thank you!"
