I do want to correct something in their hotel's description -- they do NOT have a "continental" breakfast , but instead a full, hot meal that is complementary, including waffles, perfectly scrambled eggs, yummy sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal, hot and cold beverages, etc.!"

"The location in downtown Crescent City was perfect for our needs. We were there to explore the Redwoods. There is a nice coffee shop three blocks down, Paragon Cafe and Coffee. We went there every day during our stay. Initially, our room was not cleaned well. I brought this to the attention of the hotel rep and they immediately moved us to another room. Overall, the room is clean and we were comfortable in our room. Great customer service. Check-in and out process was simply and quick. I would stay here again. "
