“Unfortunately, we weren’t”

“Todo muy bien”

“the sofa was not clean and also the sofa bed which has hairs, used tissue paper and dust when I opened it. So I did not use it at all. The blankets in the living room smells. The balcony door handle was broken and unable to slide properly since some sticks were placed by propose. Just some examples. Overall, still ok.”

“Great stay ”

“Home had a lot of space for my party of 8. They really enjoyed the pool. Guest need to know the water park is not included. Also, the home had so many flies and ants.it need a lot of repairs.”

“早餐食材很新鲜，两个游泳池能满足小朋友和大朋友的所有需求，总体感觉很棒。”

“There is hire on my bed. And the breakfast is same every day. ”

“还可以”

“All the staff we had interactions with from the restaurants bro maintenance to housekeeping were kind and helpful. The property is not a nicely maintained as the website shows. We had issues with a broken toilet, the tv in the main living area not working and no amenities in the kitchen to clean up after using it. (paper or cloth towels, dish soap or scrub pad etc)”

“We were so pleasantly surprised how wonderful everything was. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable. The pool area and drinks were great. We just loved everything about our stay.”
