“When we checked in the pool was out of service and we were not informed before arrival. When we asked if there were other options or partnering hotels the staff said they would check and never did. We had multiple light bulbs out in our room. Staff was not friendly at all.”

“The room was good, the bathroom was another story. Sink faucet was loose and had to be held by two hands to use.
Maintenance should be all over that.
Shower: Mold all around the corners, the door gasket is moldy, and the silicone grout needs to be cleaned/replaced. Needs to be redone.
Ever since Covid hotel rates have shot up and the level of maintenance and service have tapered off. Room rates are not commensurate with value received.”
