“Hotel is dated but mostly clean. There is no elevator and when I asked about a first floor room I was told since I booked through a third party (Expedia), that I got what they booked. There was also a sign that said all second floor rooms were no smoking so I don’t know if that means the first floor was smoking or not. Pool is not in working order and looks like it is being used to store furniture. Second floor ice maker was not working and when I told the front desk, they acted surprised but……

“The front desk ladies were rude and even after I've stayed here several times the last 2 months with my same 3 dogs and the lady who checked me in both times saw I had my fur babies with me which are not destructive or disruptive were all the sudden a issue and they advised me that I had to rid one of the property or I would be kicked out and not refunded.. I've always preferred this property and location because I felt safe here however the ladies made the stay so uncomfortable for me I didn't……
