"First, I have always been a “let’s just get a hotel” person after a few questionable rental experiences, but this fully changed my mind. Great communication from the host and seamless check-in. House was above and beyond expectations, with great local character and gorgeous art. "Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to Old Town and a park/playground, within a ten minute walk to great coffee (Remedy!) and food (High Noon Saloon), as well as the NM Natural History Museum and the Albuquerque Museum. Great view of the mountains down the street. Kitchen was well equipped, backyard had ample seating and the shed provided shade for dinner, everything was clean and comfortable, and Sam was an attentive/responsive host. "This home is in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to most locations in town. The views of the sunrise over the mountain are beautiful. The bed (we only used master) was very comfortable with nice linens. We ate out so didnt make use of thw kitchen like we could have except for coffee maker.
