“Reserved 2 rooms . Keys didn't work reliably. Floor was wet across the both rooms, rooms smelled wet stale. Attempted to ask about the floors Front desk had me on hold for 45 minutes and was not at the desk. Room had no soap or shampoo. Could not check out and go to another room or hotel if I wanted. Attendant at the "Continental breakfast" had no idea why floors were wet. The kiosk\digital remote front desk person finally responded during "breakfast" and couldn't do anything for me about the……

“There were no amenities other than 1 makeup remover package, no shower caps, qtips packages. Very minimal and we paid for a suite, not just a regular room. Rm 223 tub needs a handicap grab bar on back wall. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Location was very good for our trip and near the highway. Free WiFi and free parking are excellent.”
