“Street parking was great on the side street or in front. House was very well thought out & beautifully decorated. Everything was so clean and smelled nice. We love the area where we could walk or drive just a few minutes for shopping and restaurants. Only an hour drive to one of the best wineries & pizza in the state - Holtkamp Winery! And less drive time to another good one - Streamcliff where they have a cafe, plants for sale and winery!”

“The hotel and room were clean, the key code worked perfectly, parking was a breeze, and there's a Dollar General right across the street (in case you've forgotten anything). But....the room stays pretty dark (dark walls and poor lighting). The floor is very uneven, making it feel like you're a little drunk when you walk on it. There's a microwave down the hall, but having one in the room would be a LOT more convenient. But, in our opinion, the biggest issue is the slippery bathroom (and shower)……

“I don't normally write reviews, but I felt I had to for this place. The owner thought of everything! She was extremely nice on top of that! In the bedroom, I felt I had stepped back in time, it even had a brass bed and a claw foot bathtub! If you want a sterile, modern, no-name place...don't stop here. But if you want Charm, authentic hospitality and a front porch to sit on while you watch the sun rise over the river...This a must!!!”
