"Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. Francisco at check-in was great, as was Juan at check-out. Efrain with VIP services was helpful and made our stay better. Alexandria was our concierge and she made sure we had everything we needed, from room maintenance to making reservations for dinner at the Japanese hibachi experience. Luisa from the Spa made reservations for us for some relaxing massages, and Carmen and Luz were excellent at those massages. Food was 10/10. Everything we got to eat, and the restaurants we got to try were delicious. The entire staff was so pleasant and made sure our stay was going well. I could not speak more highly of the entire staff and time we were there."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barcelona Maya Palace All-Inclusive Resort in Mexico, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The resort is beautifully designed, blending stunning architecture with lush tropical gardens, providing a serene atmosphere ideal for relaxation. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the variety of dining options available; each restaurant offered a unique culinary experience, catering to different tastes, and the food was consistently delicious and fresh. The pools were pristine, and the beach was just a short stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and the sea. I particularly appreciated the range of activities available, from water sports to entertainment shows in the evening, ensuring there was always something to do. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. The Barcelona Maya Palace All-Inclusive Resort is a wonderful destination for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy great food, and create lasting memories. I would highly recommend it to friends and family!"

"As soon as you get to the property you will get a person talk to you about " the 90 minutes talk" if you say yes they will become your concierge. IF YOU SAY NO!!! YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN!!! we tried to get reservations for the restaurant only to be told that they had a problem with the system and cannot book anything!! Everything is blocked!!!! They will tell you to come back the next day.... the coconut that you see in the picture are not free. LAS CUEVAS restaurant is not open. Its a beautiful place for pictures."
