“I truly appreciated beautiful traditional unique houses where we lived, the nature, and the way the whole resort was maintained. The beautiful beach, comfortable sun-bathing beds, and white towels were great to have! Breakfast menu was great, however, I'd welcome more variety of juices beyond "jugo verde" and "jugo de naranja", like a variety of fruit and vegetable juices with no sugar, however, the selection of food was great. “Hotel staff was amazing. So kind & friendly. The food in their restaurant was sooo good! We loved everything. We had the master suite facing the ocean with a huge balcony & jacuzzi & sofa set outside. . Stunning suite. Hot water in the shower , huge Bluetooth speaker , robes , beach towels. Since the suite is directly over the restaurant , we found 2 roaches in our shower area & one in the outdoor jacuzzi. On our first day , the bed sheet was stained & I found a hair so I don't think it was a……

Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!”

“Beautiful property, truly unique. We loved the beach bungalows, hammocks, and yoga, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was perfect. The dinners were uneven mostly due to the preparation of the main course (oversalted and undercooked) and the servers’ limited hospitality. The fresh salad bar and good soup sustained us. The food at the beach bar was good, but the service was hit or miss with high prices. ”

“Great clean property with spacious rooms. The only thing i would complain about is the food . Food is mediocre and There is only 1 restaurant that’s split in half . They say 6 restaurants but the reality is its only one the serves different food every night . You don’t have the much of choice of what kind of you want to eat .”
