“Great place just be careful at the pool the bottom surface of the pool is really rough in spots and caused me to cut my foot wide open! Ended up getting a bad infection and had to go to hospital when I got home! Staff and food/drinks amazing! Staff could be better trained at first aid, but other than that it was a perfect trip!”

“Fabulous all inclusive resort. Everything is clean and up to date. Staff was extremely friendly. Food was well above average for this type of resort. After being a twenty + year fan of Sandals resorts, I do not think we will return to them after visiting this resort. This is our new place for the foreseeable future. If you have any interest in history or archaeology, I highly recommend an excursion to Chichen Itza. Just be prepared for the heat and humidity.”

“A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there.”

“Our room was very wet due to humidity. Floor tiles had puddles, our clothes were wet. Wife slipped and fell getting out of bed. Mtc said it was our fault. We must have left patio open or ac off. We did neither. They changed us rooms and washed our clothes. Shower in new room didnt drain and got floors wet in the new room. Phone didnt work to call maintenance. Clothes got damp again. Pool bar was not very receptive. They were busy standing upstairs talking to each other. Had to flag them down to……

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”
