“Ivy at the front desk was exceptionally nice and gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat in Tulum. Additionally, Max was fun to talk to and super helpful with any questions that we had. Even though my friend and I speak Spanish, all of the hotel staff seemed to be pretty bilingual and able to communicate in English if needed.
We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that, but the food at the Copal Bistro Restaurant (the one in the hotel) was really good. The……

“Amazing experience! The food was great and the drinks were tasteful. The staff was very friendly and attention to detail. I had the best experience because of them very welcoming and hospitality unlike no other. Money well spent definitely coming back especially to Playa De Carmen just to stay here. ”
