"The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable!! The property was very expensive!!! Lots of outdoor amenities!! We used the outdoor tables & chairs in the pavilion area, for picnic lunches, walked on lots of paved walking trails, played on the pickleball courts, and had a wonderful bonfire one evening, on the property ."

"I received a call (went to voicemail) from them asking what time I would I arrive. I called back an hour later (10:30pm) telling them in a voicemail I would arrive around12am but I was unsure because I was in a poker tournament. When I showed up at 12:15am nobody would answer the front door or answer the phone. I called 10x and waited outside for 15 mins waiting for somebody to help me get the kieys yo the room i had paid for on the internet reservation I made. I lost out on the room and when I called in the morning asking for a refund since I never received my keys, I was told no. What a joke. I called the, told them when I would arrive, and never heard back from them. Poorly run motel. Also, I stayed there a month before and pulled up to 2 police cards with their lights on dealing with a domestic disturbance. I asked for a mother room night later this year since I come out here for business often and they said no. Awful customer service. And thanks for leaving me stranded at 12:30am looking for a place for to stay. Took me 90 mins and countless calls to local motels/hotels trying to find a room that late. "

"It was a great place to stay you could see and see the great Smokey Mountains from the run and also right in front of the Hotel there was area that is made for walking or riding your bike on. We walked everyday while we were there. The only thing about the hotel there is no pool or a coffee pot in your room but you can go to the office and get coffee thru 10pm. "

"In desperate need of repair. If you need a clean bed to sleep in, clean towels, and friendly check in staff then this is the place. The bonus is stained furniture, non working in room coffee maker, bathroom sink that backs up or a surprise granola bar under the couch beside an empty pop bottle, then this is your place!"

"Room was immaculate, the hot tub was clean and hot enough. Host constantly text to make sure everything was okay and our stay was good. Overall this was a birthday get away for my wife and was most enjoyable for the both of us. We will be returning there for another getaway. "

"This place is an absolute gem! The view is stunning, overlooking the 2 creeks. The sound of the rushing water at all times. It was complete serenity! Everything in the home was well kept up. The attention to detail was unlike any thing I’ve ever seen in a rental. We had no questions at all. And the sweet gift she left upon arrival was over the top amazing! Everything was very welcoming and cozy! We highly recommend this place. If you’re looking at staying, I’d say BOOK NOW! This place is above 5 star! "
