“This hotel has a large type field to it, by design, and doesn’t deed sport of view of the nearby mountains if you were on the correct side. The pool area is very pretty with the same Mountain View, but the pool is awfully cold! Still, it’s a pretty setting, and I utilized it. “We had high expectations for this resort and spa. The reality is that it is so massively overpriced for what it is. To start, they don’t tell you, but they don’t work well with Expedia. There is no front desk, so you get a message with room number and code. Except that is not your actual room number. When our code didn’t work, we called the number in the listing and they said since we were Expedia, they just wait for us to call to get a room number. Then they gave us the “upgrade” to the top……
