The clerk was amazing. Very helpful. I suggest you to stay here. Know you are only here to get some rest. No breakfast or coffee. The staff are excellent human been.

The smell was so overwhelmingly bad we had to leave after being there just 30 minutes. Staff was helpful, though, and helped us get a refund for the days we didn't stay there, and we were very thankful for it.

The hotel was clean, had a very good breakfast, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However....both my husband and I found the bed to be very uncomfortable. Our backs were very sore in the morning. Also, the parking lot was being resurfaced and was totally blocked off, leaving very few spots to park. The exits were blocked completely at one point. We had to get out of the car to move cones to get out. I KNOW it's necessary maintenance, but better planning would have helped.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times and it’s decent place to stay for the weekend. The service is always good and the rooms are fairly comfortable too.

Staff was very nice. But the place is a little rough around the edges. Room smelled strongly of bleach. No washcloth or hand towel. Loudest heater/AC I have ever encountered. Just a cheap stay near the airport (I had a 5:30am departure).

Simple and friendly

Quiet location away from traffic. Water pressure in the shower needs some help. Short drive to University of Rochester. Warm shower and comfortable beds, met the needs of a simple traveler. Friendly puppy greeter, loves chin rubs.

Do not stay here if you have kids. The place is very dated and dirty. Staff allowed me to check the room before checking in. Gald he did, room is dated. Bathroom was dirty with broken faucet.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was not good but we always make the best of it. Shower head broken. No garbage can in bathroom. Towels were thin and looked like rags. Sheets were too small for bed, torn and had cigarette burns. Room window was filthy with dead flies, hair….Fridge had no temp control and items froze over night. The room served it purpose. .

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and very very welcoming! The hotel is conveniently a 17 minute walk from the airport and a 4 minute drive. Definitely an ideal spot for a one night stay (what I did). The hotel definitely needs some renovating to do and cleaning. There is a small lobby lounge and on site parking. Wall are thin - Try and get a room as far away from entrance, you will hear all the noise from people coming in and out and it kept me up at night! Overall, a good place to shower and lay down for a night.

The front desk staff were very professional and responsive. However, the room was not clean (dirt on the floor and stains in the bathroom). Other accommodation in the area at the time were expensive, so I opted for a cheap stay. I would say I got what I paid for.
