"It was a good hotel for the price. Close to the beach and shopping. There is no elevator so you may have to take a ton of steps if you are on the 3rd, 4th floor. It is loud at night but as expected as there are clubs in the area. I would stay again. "

"Initially we were told that the pool was heated then we couldn’t use it bc it was dirty, then we just couldn’t use it bc they couldn’t fix it then it was never heated. That’s fine. I was told there was a heater day one and we never found it and they had no blankets just a throw in two rooms. Then I was told they had no heat we were freezing to the point I got sick. We had to buy blankets bc it was too late to cancel and get a new room. Besides the house being nice that’s the only good otherwise...

"This property is falsely advertised. We had a/c issues since the beginning the temperature was 89 degrees, the sheets in the bedroom were disgusting blood stains and smelled like a sweaty gym. To top it off the bathroom had no faucets so we had to shower down stairs. During our first night there was a power outage which didn’t really make a difference since our a/c wasn’t properly running. We stayed with small children so during the unbearable heat we had to sleep in our vehicles, this was definitely a horrible experience after talking to the management team nothing really was resolved I was told there was no way to get placed in another home because everything was booked. My family and I ended up cutting our trip short we could not stay another night with our children under the circumstances. The property was listed for sale so I believe the owner didn’t really care to keep up with any maintenance as he’s property in a rush to sell this nightmare of a rental. Property management from FMI rentals is incompetent and lacks customer service with the expectation of Josue who was extremely professional during the check out process. "

The home was clean, spacious, and welcoming to us. The host was so nice and let us see the property before our big day so we could be prepared in advance. The view was stunning and we were even able to have a sunset dinner on the patio for all 24 people that came (not all stayed with us). We are so grateful for the owners for letting us have this beautiful experience on the best day of our lives!"
