"Great family room with small area with sink, microwave, fridge and kettle. Some areas of the property/room were damaged but it was perfect for our stay. Local to the airport with a small village with a couple of shops nearby. Reception area had vending machines and some microwaveable meals that you can heat in your room. Price was extremely reasonable, would stay here again. Didn’t use hotel transfer bus as it didn’t go direct to terminal 2 and is €5 per person, so an Uber was cheaper."

It is named after Charles de Gaulle, the former French president who led the Free French Forces during the Second World War before establishing the French Fifth Republic, the constitution under which France operates today. Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport was originally known as Aéroport de Paris Nord (Paris North Airport), but it was re-opened as Paris-Charles de Gaulle in March 1974 after eight years of reconstruction.
