“Decent sized room, with a nice double sized bed and bathroom, in a well connected area. Very helpful staff who were on hand to answer any questions/issues and keep hold of my luggage during the day happily. I generally felt safe in the surrounding area as a solo traveller and would recommend to others and stay again!”

“Overall very good”

“No hair dryer or can borrow but keeping your passport No kettle No water No glass No cup”

“My bottle of shower gel wasn’t enough to last for my 3 days of staying and no refills were provided when they cleaned my room. When i called the reception they said they don’t have any shower gel? Feel like this shouldn’t happen for a 4 stars hotel. But other than that the hotel feels very new and clean. Kudos for the lady who helped me with the luggage storage on the first day and the very friendly lady in the breakfast area”

“Very nice and clean room with space. The only problem is the door of the toilet and it made a big noise when you close it.”

“The entire hotel had no hot water for two days any no information was shared with the guests. Room cleaning was appalling, didn’t clean our room on day 1 of our stay. Never refilled the tissues in the toilet, never restocked our face towels. Breakfast area was small considering the number of guest capacity. Overall I would say it was okay. Couple of the reception staff were friendly. Please be aware the check in process is so slow and you could be waiting well beyond the 3pm time because rooms……

“Some hooks to hang things up in the bathroom would be nice. And more hangers to hang clothes as well.”

“There is no department store in the neighborhood, so it's not convenient compared to Courtyard in Arcueil.”

“As someone who has stayed in multiple Ibis hotels across four different countries, I have always trusted the brand. Unfortunately, this specific location completely failed to meet basic living standards during our 4-night stay. The main issues we experienced: Broken Air Conditioning: The A/C worked perfectly in the lobby but was completely non-functional in the rest of the hotel, including our room. Major Flooding: Our bathroom shower drain failed completely, which caused the entire room to……
