"We had a fantastic stay at The Addison. Ed was extremely communicative from the minute we booked! His suggestions were so helpful and dictated much of our stay. We felt right at home, and it felt like we were Ed's personal friends, and he was excited to have us enjoy his slice of paradise. The design of the house is perfect. Well suited for large parties - large open space in the middle of the house and bedrooms off to both sides. Ed's on-island property manager was also delightful and willing to help us with anything we needed while staying at the home. The house was well-equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and pool-side. The beds were comfy, the couch was cozy and the table was great for games and puzzles!When you first walk into the house, you feel like the house is an infinity pool. The ocean is right there. The outside facilities were great! SO many loungers! We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ed!"

"We had a wonderful stay and are very grateful the host shares this special place.The ocean views and dock access were the highlights for us. The water is stunning, especially in the mornings when it’s calm and glassy. We spent evenings on the deck, snorkeled the small reef right by the house, and saw many fish. The swing under the deck over the water is a fun, unique touch.A unique feature of this home is the two “bunk rooms” underneath the house, which were a really cool experience for our teenage daughters. The views from these rooms are incredible, and they loved having their own space. This setup is best suited for families with teens or adults, as the rooms are accessed by exterior steps.The home is extremely well equipped. We cooked most of our meals at the house and never found ourselves missing anything. There were games, coolers, beach towels, snorkels, fishing poles, kayaks, and more. The outside shower, ice maker, and filtered water were very convenient.The house was comfortable and well maintained, with great internet, no power issues, and a very helpful washer and dryer. The host was fantastic—responsive and helpful throughout our stay.One quick note for future guests: the property is about 5-7 minutes off the main road via a rocky, unpaved drive. The first night felt a bit like an adventure movie moment (“are we going the right way?” ), but it quickly became a non-issue. The privacy and quiet are absolutely worth it.We would happily stay again!"

"We stayed here over Christmas and New Year's. The hosts are wonderful. Very friendly and very responsive. The condo is modern, very clean and had most everything we needed. The hosts live on site so they are usually around if you need anything. The beach is just steps away and is beautiful and hardly anyone else around. It is a nice long beach for walks and fairly calm water most days if you wanted to get in. The location is great! Literally 10 minutes from the airport and 15 - 25 minutes from most everything else we wanted to do and see. We had a rental car which was very helpful for getting groceries (you typically have to stop several places to get all that you want/need) and to explore this beautiful island. (our car was from Berlie's which I highly recommend also. We look forward to returning to this beautiful island!"

We had a medical emergency which required immediate attention. They escorted us to their personal physician and waited for the treatment to be completed before bringing us back to the house.We recommend this property with full confidence."

"My recent stay at Bella Vista was absolutely spectacular and easily one of the best experiences I've had. If you are looking for a relaxing, magical getaway with truly unparalleled views, this is the place.The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the beautiful beachfront water views. The villa which I highly recommend booking as an oceanfront unit, offers a panoramic vista of the torquise blue waters of Exuma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise, while enjoying a cup of coffee from the private balcony was a daily dream. The colors were not enhanced and looked exactly like a postcard. The villas location right on the beach means you are just steps away from the sand and have constant, mesmerizing and tranquil views of Elizabeth Harbor.Beyond the stunning scenery, the property itself is superb. The 1 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that makes you feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day on the water, or exploring one of the many white sand, torquise blue beaches of Exuma. The staff deserves a special mention for being incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay, from check-in to check-out.I can't recommend highly enough. It surpassed all my expectations and provided the perfect, peaceful beachfront escape. I can't wait to return and experience this little slice of paradise again!"
