"Our stay at this beautiful waterfront house in George Town, Exuma was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home in such an incredible setting. The house itself is gorgeous — spacious, beautifully furnished, and right on the water with stunning views and amazing amenities.One of our favorite parts of the trip was swimming out to the sandbar right from the dock — it truly felt like our own private playground. We saw turtles, stingrays, nurse sharks, and so many other sea creatures just off the deck, which made every swim and every day feel special.We also loved having the ability to play basketball and lift weights daily, which was such a great bonus and made it easy to stay active while on vacation. Between kayaking, paddleboarding, and simply soaking in the views, it felt like a private oasis.Most importantly, Jack and Kay couldn’t have been more responsive or kinder. Their communication was excellent, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.This was an unforgettable vacation, and we can’t recommend this home highly enough. We would absolutely love to return someday!"

"You know when you read reviews and you think “there is no way this place could be this good?!” I am telling you IT IS and even more! We visited Bella Vista as a family of four (including two kiddos ages 5 & 8) and as a first-time VRBO renter. Michael and Roseann are the real deal - we were blessed to actually meet them in person, as they happened to be in town while we were. The property is absolutely immaculate. As a mom of little kids, the kitchen has everything needed to keep them happy, the Hideaways has a great pool, and this location puts you within walking distance to most things you’ll need or you can pop on the shuttle to get there. The views are just amazing as well. Need advice on things to do and see? Michael and Roseann have you covered - it is all well-documented from East to West in the coffee table book they wrote. We used Taxi 91 (Floyd) to get to anywhere the shuttle did not service, but I would 100% recommend renting a car if you’ll be in town for more than a few nights. Thought we are still in Exuma with friends on a boat, we wish we had more nights to enjoy Bella Vista - Roseann and Michael, THANK YOU for building something beautiful with your rentals. We can’t wait to come back. "

"Our family had an amazing time staying at Shipwrecked on Great Exuma! We were an extended family with 2 couples and 4 kids. There was something for everyone. A perfect beach for building sandcastles, a perfect dock for jumping into the water at high tide or watching sunrises and sunsets, and a perfect area for snorkeling and finding fish, crabs, starfish, and even stingrays! The water was calm enough to relax, float, and allow my 3 year old niece to swim with her floaties on! We used the kayaks several times and cooked every meal in the outdoor kitchen- which was fully equipped. Jack and Kay were so helpful with activity ideas and quickly responded every time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. The property was clean, well stocked, and beautiful as advertised. The island itself was easy to explore with several other beautiful beaches and some delicious spots to grab drinks and appetizers (and meals if you wanted to!) Thank you for allowing us to rest and relax in your beautiful beachfront home!"

"Host, Steve was very welcoming. Concierge, Nikki was terrific and attended to all of our needs. Amenities were amazing. Pool is fantastic. Proximity to everything is awesome. Great house! Loved it with nine of us – six adults at three kids seven, five and three years old. Will go back as often as possible. "

The only suggestion I have is the strip lights on the deck for the front house should be on a timer and turn off at night. "
