“Good service 員工nice”

“The room is small with a very high bed. I need to climb up with some effort. The shower curtain is also very short which cannot prevent water from going to the carpet outside. The price is also not friendly but it is really convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. ”

“Great location nearby Paddington Station, with lovely staff. The free breakfast; eggs, bacon, toast and cereal, was great too. The room was a little smaller than expected and it's an adjustment not having a bathroom in the room, however we knew what we signed up for. It's a quaint little place, there was always a bathroom available and the staff was nothing but helpful and kind. If you're in London, looking for an affordable option in a great location, I can recommend this one. We enjoyed our……

“原本就可以理解房間會很小，所以不易外，而且行李箱還有空間打開，所以大小可接受。但是床很難睡，感覺得到中間有一條不平整的塌陷，睡得腰酸背痛 房間乾淨度也有待加強 我是住地下室，窗戶打開是別的房間走道，只要有人經過，聲音就像沒有隔間班清楚，還好我很好睡，不然很容易被吵醒”

“The staff were top tier when it comes to taking the initiative to provide help and information, also very friendly and approachable. The included breakfast, were good quality and had many options to choose from. Location is well connected with bus stops and tube stations within 5 mins walking distance.”

“Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish……

“Good for a 1 night stopover”

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“the room is a bit too hot ”

“Room is small n noisy, the kittle is smelly! No supply of water every day which this is the first time in my memory.”

“No air conditioning in room No mini fridge No air fresher (like fan)”

“The tap water has an unusual texture, leaving a silky feel after showering. Additionally, the water temperature fluctuates drastically, going from scalding hot to icy cold unexpectedly.”
