Location great, close to Paddington and Hyde Park, but very quiet. Clean and tidy, Wi-Fi was excellent. Small room, but comfortable. Only issue was I had to manoeuvre between the bed and desk to get into the bathroom through a door you could only half open, which was annoying but manageable.

Great location, close to the Underground and bus stations, and the room was very quiet and bed VERY COMFORTABLE; I slept like a rock! Clean and the staff were very friendly. I felt safe as a solo female traveler here and in this neighborhood. I walked all over London (and rode the Tube and buses), and this area felt very safe. It’s on a strip of lodging and there are lots of people from other places all trying to find their way, so you’re all in it together. 😄

The location was great, close to Paddington Station. They cleaned our room everyday and the cleaning staff were very friendly. I have to say that the price was not much less than the last place we stayed at in London and there were much more amenities at that hotel, which was also in a good location. This hotel felt very sparse. We didn’t have facial tissues, or water, after 2 days they stopped filling the shower gel and were there for 6 nights. Most days they didn’t provide enough bath towels for the 3 of us staying there. Also there was a group staying above us that was up most of the night with their kids. I was surprised that the hotel got as many good reviews as it did. We didn’t get the breakfast so I can’t comment on that but overall I felt like we should have picked another hotel.
