The hotel was great. The room was fabulous. We did have a hard time finding check in because the greeter wasn't there when we got there, but other than that it was absolutely the perfect spot to stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful spacious rooms, The rooms and property were clean. It’s a great location -less than a block from the Trevi Fountain. The only downside- we did not have hot/warm water for 3 out of the 5 day stay.

The staff was great and the location is very convenient to city center. Getting in to the hotel is 'unique' there's no sign out front just a very big door. Push the button for them on the side like your at an apartment and they will open the door. Office is on the 4 floor. Our suite was very clean, but the floor was coming in places and was easy to trip on.

Disaster zone. The room was poorly partially renovated by amateurs. A window that did not close, dirty stained shower, holes in the flooring, comforter badly stained, 2 very small pillows for king size bed. Housekeeping left disgusting bathroom garbage from previous guest. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here.

I stayed at Trevi Rome Suite for four nights with my husband and two teenage daughters and loved it. The hotel has a prime location that made walks to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon easy, and the rest of Rome walkable too. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helped with all our questions. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Rome!
