It is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen/utility room. It is clean, tidy and well-maintained. The garden is lovely (would have been even lovelier if the weather had allowed us to use it!). Well- located for reaching the main destinations, but nowhere is far on the Isle of Wight. Bus stops nearby. Deck chairs provided in the cupboard under the stairs: ideal for sitting in the courtyard outside. Bed is extremely comfortable.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8. The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!”

“Spacious house for 8 adults, enough cutlery and condiments to dine in. Loved the proximity to the sea and comfortable beds. Plenty to do in Sandown and the beach was lovely. The biggest shame for us was the privacy glass. We chose this house for the views as my mother had an operation and needed to rest while we had fun. She couldn’t see the sea at all unless she stood up-other properties in the same block had clear glass. There was everything you needed except oven gloves and a hand towel,...
