The heart of the home is the first-floor open-plan living space, designed for sociable living and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors open onto a front-facing balcony with panoramic views across Sandown Bay, where you can enjoy morning coffee while watching ships pass on the horizon.
Inside, the stylish kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and plenty of workspace for preparing meals. The adjoining dining area and comfortable lounge seating create the perfect place to gather with family or friends in the evening.
Across the ground and upper floors you’ll find five beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV. Many of the rooms enjoy private balconies or views across the sea or Brading Downs, giving guests their own peaceful spaces to relax.

The property sits just steps from Sandown Bay, one of the Isle of Wight’s most popular sandy beaches. The sweeping bay stretches from Culver Down’s dramatic chalk cliffs to the traditional seaside town of Shanklin, creating miles of golden sand perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and coastal walks.
Across the road you’ll find Sandham Gardens, a fantastic family attraction featuring crazy golf, go-karts, climbing nets, and a children’s play area.
A short stroll along the seafront leads to Yaverland Beach and the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, home to rescued lions and tigers.
Sandown’s lively seafront offers traditional seaside fun, including cafés, restaurants, amusements, and the pier, while the surrounding bay is a popular destination for paddleboarding, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, and kite surfing.

Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£75) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)
There is a charger for an electric car at the property. Should you wish to use this during your stay there will be an additional £40 charge per stay, per week. Please do make us aware at the time of booking in advance of your stay if you require this service, so we can arrange to take payment.
