The heart of the home is the first-floor open-plan living space, designed for sociable living and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors open onto a front-facing balcony with panoramic views across Sandown Bay, where you can enjoy morning coffee while watching ships pass on the horizon. Inside, the stylish kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and plenty of workspace for preparing meals. The adjoining dining area and comfortable lounge seating create the perfect place to gather with family or friends in the evening. The sweeping bay stretches from Culver Down’s dramatic chalk cliffs to the traditional seaside town of Shanklin, creating miles of golden sand perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and coastal walks. Across the road you’ll find Sandham Gardens, a fantastic family attraction featuring crazy golf, go-karts, climbing nets, and a children’s play area. A short stroll along the seafront leads to Yaverland Beach and the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary, home to rescued lions and tigers. Guest Essentials Important Information Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£75) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.) There is a charger for an electric car at the property. Should you wish to use this during your stay there will be an additional £40 charge per stay, per week.
