"Beautifully furnished and in good decorative order. Loads of space, really well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds. There was a big box of toys for the little ones to play with, as well as baby gates, a travel cot and other useful things for kids. It was the ideal location for our trip. Very dog friendly, and just a short walk from a lovely park and onto a long, sandy beach where the dogs had a whale of a time. "There’s disabled parking right at the hotel but to understand how to access it call the hotel direct so you don’t get caught out. The rooms are on the small side as are the beds, we had a room for 3 adults. Breakfast was good and plenty available. If Miles is on reception you’ll be well looked after. He explained all about the Quays and shopping and dining options and really knows his stuff. It makes it easier to shop till you drop knowing the hotel is easily accessible"

"Staff at check in were great. Car park was very full because there's a public gym at the hotel. Hotel rooms are weird - there's only a window in the bathroom. No fresh air available in the actual hotel room. Air con system is rubbish. Room was dusty throughout. Terrible night's sleep because there was a thumping noise coming from above my room - it sounded as if we were directly under the gym and there was always someone throwing weights at all hours. Not a good experience. "

"WiFi is awful! It’s just really poor but free so everyone is using a system not able to cope.Also, disabled parking spaces were blocked off with building work so parking was harder than it should have been. Breakfast was very good and staff in the restaurant each take a station and were really on it all the time so nothing ran empty and everything was hot and fresh and there were no delays. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi is colder than it should be and was fed with cold water."
