We booked a suite. They didn't have any suites when we checked it.. Said they couldn't do a refund as we booked third party but offered a restaurant credit that wasn't any use to us.. Kind of lame of them but they tried

Awesome location which offered convenience and walk ability to the Capitol, concert venue and great local restaurants.

I am so sorry for your experience. We do frequent refresh of our facility. In fact, we just replaced some of our mattresses and swimming pool furniture.
