“I stayed at the Keryvonne hotel because of location, as it was close to Falk bus station that I needed to take at 6:00am the next morning. Everything was great, the room was clean and tidy. The air conditioner helped cool down the room a bit, but without the fan next to the bed it would have been too hot. “The staff were nice, and the place was okay.
The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full.
It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice.……
