“Excellent”

“We stayed two nights at this beachside hotel and booked two ocean-view rooms. Each room had its own unique décor, which made the stay even more interesting. The staff were attentive, and we loved the infinity pool, the beach volleyball court, and the lounge chairs along the beach. The shuttle to the lake restaurant was convenient, and the seafood was so good that we had it twice! One small disappointment was that a planned rooftop event we were excited to attend was canceled due to low……

“Not worthy !!! As traveler you expect staff will make you feel relaxed and welcomed. Nothing of such short you can expect from this place. At reception person got my ID and gave me room keys. No info about place or amenities I received neither advices on how to excess it. Asked for beverage credit given by Expedia, person at reception checked with manager and offered welcome drink but no info on how can I get it. When I complained to Expedia manager came next morning and offered me lunch. You……

“The staff were nice, and the place was okay. The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full. It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment.
