“It was clean, the communication was great, check in was very easy. The did provide nice little thoughts with cleaning supplies, extra tp , and coffee pods. Also the washer / dryer is a great perk. It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking. It did smell very musty, which I know the owners were trying to fix as there are air purifiers in several spots. The AC was window units not central air. The beds were……

“Awesome house for our quick trip back to St. Joe. Super clean, super convenient. My kids loved the basement with the pool table, ping pong, darts, fooseball, putting green and more games we could count !! Fully loaded kitchen with everything we needed and more. ”

“So far the best hotel in area, finally no carpet room smells so fresh and nice, towels first time in the hotel towels smells good not chlorine any hotel you go towels smells like chlorine, furniture brand new double sink king bed so comfortable chairs amazing actually you can sit down comfortably not like other hotels chairs terrible or even they just office chairs or even just for the look but not comfortable to sit down and relax and I’m so glad no breakfast just coffee and coffee so good……

“Nice looking Hotel; the parking lot; lobby; halls; and our room was very clean. Breakfast was average breakfast, a couple of items were not well stocked. Staff was friendly. All in all a pleasant stay, and the cost was actually great compared to other Hotels at the time.”
