“My check-in time was four, but I was able to receive my room at 3:30. Your Front Desk team was very welcoming, I’m a General managersExecutive Assistant at a luxurious villa in Anguilla my room are very clean, comfortable only issue I had there were no amenity water in the refrigerator plus the televisions and are fully smart plus but everything else was on point. staff is friendly. The location is beautiful.”

“beach view and location are great.
hotel and staff are ok at best.
For a quality resort i would not expect this level of dissatisfaction: kids in adult only pools, pools & deck areas not clean. people smoking at pools, playing speakers. limited adult only food options. on multiple occasions no cups at pool.”
