"The room was set at 25C upon my arrival at 9pm, it was very uncomfortable. I adjusted the thermostat, after some time I realized the fan wouldn’t respond and the room was still at 25C. An employee had to come fix the system with a controller since it was broken. The room stayed warm and he had to come back an hour later. Worst night in a hotel ever! It was very uncomfortable because of the heat and very uncomfortable to have an employee come in twice during the night to adjust the heating system. "
