“Unfortunately, the money paid for the quality and the service provided does not match. The staff are rude, when I complained about an issue of cleanliness in my room (their was hair in the bed that isn’t mine, I also noticed hair on the floor but never bought that up with the staff, I just asked for the bedding to be changed), the staff rudely replied she was up since 6:00 that morning and the beds have already been changed and it is normal to have hair that might have been caused by……

“La habitación está muy limpia considerando lo descuidado del edificio. La publicidad parece dar a entender que el baño es privado pero es compartido con otros huéspedes. Creo que el anfitrión se está esforzando por que las habitaciones estén en buen estado pero un servicio básico como un baño limpio y en buen estado es definitivamente imprescindible.”
