“The property is in an older neighborhood about a 5 minute ride from Memorial stadium and the Haymarket district with plenty of restaurants and bars. The building itself has a lot of character and is a nice break from hotels and other modern rentals. Communication with the host was fantastic! She answered promptly anytime I had a question and was available quickly with all check-in details the day prior and on check-in day. The unit is a good blend of old character with modern upgrades. Furniture……

“Spent a long weekend in Lincoln for a volleyball game and Husker game. Love love love this condo and its location. This is our second stay. The living area is great for hanging out! Beds and bedding are comfortable. Would highly recommend. ”

“Great location. Would have like to understand this is a property with majority of university students residing. Cool atmosphere for that group of people. The building was noisy with parties in other apartments and the street noise was horrible. The cleaning fee is ridiculous. I get a 4000 sq/ft home cleaned for 200 dollars find it hard to believe this apartment cost 200 dollars to clean felt like owners taking advantage of guest. Probably won't be a returning guest. ”
