“Quiet and comfortable”

“Room and amenities were great. Over night service was questionable. Our flight time got changed so our shuttle pickup time changed with it. Over night staff never relayed message to shuttle service so we were left scrambling in the airport due to them not being aware of us needing picked up at a different time. Morning person helped us navigate the issue but very frustrated with overnight staff.”
