Excellent helpful staff let us store our bags in the lobby for a couple of hours after checkout- much appreciated- clean and quiet - central location was walkable to everywhere- and they were very nice to our 6 month old baby

Front desk staff are helpful. Breakfast room attendants are good. Food is average.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Has a great bar to hang at when you’re done for the day. Comfortable seating outside. Staff okay at restaurant but not great. Morning staff for breakfast was awesome attentive and kind. Front desk team is super helpful. We had superior room that was very small. Shower didn’t work right. We didn’t complain but if you’re looking for space this is not the place. Guests in other rooms not respectful of other guests and walls are super thin. Grateful for gym but equipment needs updating soon. There is a great courtyard to hang out in as well. There are great restaurants nearby, gelato and stores. We walked to Train Station for trip to Rome. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. In all this is a great spot for adventures in Florence.

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.
