Enjoyed my stay here. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the staff was courteous. Complimentary tea and coffee were offered and the room was clean and comfortable. Very close to bus stops and an 8 minute walk to the tram.

My wife and I stayed for one night on a recent trip in Italy. The front desk staff was very polite & helpful. We felt as if the room and overall vibe of the hotel was not as upscale as advertised. The property was still clean, comfortable, and breakfast was good. Main down side is the location. The walk from the two closest tram stations was pretty sketchy after dark.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was outstanding. The room was quite small and the bathroom was tiny. The shower was awful, it was very small and the water temperature cycled from cold to scalding about every 20 seconds, making it difficult to get a good shower. I would not stay here again.
