Quite honestly the worst hotel experience i've ever had. We stayed at Shine Boutique Hotel for 10 days as every other hotel in Tagum were already fully booked. (It is not worth it to stay here considering how much you are paying for a night)
-First night we stayed - we got to our room and our beddings were stained, hair and debris all over the sheets and pillows. It looked like they didn't even bother to change the beddings.
- We had a night where we couldn't use our bathroom sink and shower……

“The hotel is “tired”. Needs work everywhere. No hot water in the room. Cold showers no fun. However, staff is very very friendly. The bed was awful. My back hurt each morning. Just worn out. Coffee shop is great! Wi-Fi is not very good except in coffee shop. ”
