“You basically get what you pay for. Pros: host was very informative and communication was fast. Apartment was in a Very convenient location. Directly across the street from the mall. So there was easy access to food and entertainment. Location was less than 13 mins from airport. Security was tight and very efficient. I felt very safe. Host left welcome gifts for me on the bed. It was very thoughtful. Cons: The bathroom had what looked like mildew/mold present. No face towels available to……

“Worst because I have no name in the system and was not able to check in as they told me “no reservation “ and just look for another hotel. ”

“The property had an amazing location but the rest was horrible. Aircon leaked water the entire time there and I asked repeatedly for someone to look at it. The place was filthy when we got there. Power went out almost daily and 90% of the emergency lights did not work. Pool water looked like milk. The room was full of bugs, mostly little ants. I personally will never go back to that place. It was a huge letdown”

“Our stay is incredible great because of the kind of service and amenities the Avida has to offer. It’s pretty much cost effective, perfectly accessible to ATM’s, major banks, Roxas’ Night Market and to their awesome city hall with amazing local people around. We will definitely come back to this place.”
