“The condo was very easy to find,and when we got there it did not disappoint.The unit was very clean,and very well stocked.The views were incredible,the pool and hot tub were greatThere is some road noise coming from behind the condo,if it bothers you just have another cocktail! Las Olas is a ways from downtown SAN Jose we used Uber’s a lot . 120-145 pesos will get you pretty much anywhere you want to. I am looking at renting a 3 bedroom in the same complex this coming October This unit and host……

“Very nice unit - big rooms with separate climate controls, big balcony, comfortable beds, and a beautiful view over the grounds and the ocean. Great location for shopping, walks on the beach, golf, even without a car. Pools and gym are good. The only problem as of New Year 25/26 is the dust from the construction on the main road close to the condo, which created a film on the balcony with a north wind. Obviously that’s just a short-term issue. ”

“Our group of 13 women stayed in 3 units at Soleado and had a fabulous time. It's walkable to a few restaurants via the beach and only a short drive to town. The concierge was so helpful and so quick to respond. The property was clean and quiet with gorgeous views. We saw so many whales (End of Jan) from the condo and the beach in front was beautiful. We went for long morning walks and always felt safe. I would highly recommend this condo for friends and families.”
