“We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and overall had a very pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has several swimming pools with plenty of lounge chairs. A big plus was that the hotel was only about 50% occupied during our stay, so it was always easy to find a good spot and a chair near the pool. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because of the food. The breakfast selection was limited, with very little variety and many of the same dishes every day. We especially……

“The room was immaculate and the service was top tier. They were all so helpful and attentive. You do get greeted by a time share person right away giving you a hard sell for the welcome breakfast but other than that no complaints. It was quiet sophisticated luxury. The food and drinks were also excellent at every onsite restaurant.”

“DO NOT stay at this resort. The staff is terrible, they scam you on room categories, non disclosed fees, and try to make you sign documents in Spanish not disclosing what they are. Notified Expedia and they lied about a resolution.”

“It is a good property and the rooms are good, the staff is very professional, and the restaurant is very good. there is no nearby store or supermarket within walking distance. No free water in the room, and to buy bottle of water it costs $6. the prices are like US prices so every thing is expensive. No beach you can use, there is a very small sandy beach but in order to get there you have to climb 90 stairs and the water is filled with big rocks not suitable for swimming.”
