“Lovely resort, food was very good in Sante and The Cave. Good cocktail options too. Clean rooms and pool areas. We did a lot of research and looked at a lot of hotels and this one consistently has lovely reviews, and I have to agree. The entertainment staff, especially Miguel, Enrique and Jorge were really great. The entertainment is all subtle and not overwhelming. The one recommendation is that they should have a second lunch option. Reserve members have access to 2 lunch places but everyone……

“The room was clean the AC worked perfectly which was a huge plus it was extremely hot the week we were there. The resort/pool was not crowded, the food could have been better! The World Cafe only serves breakfast and lunch we tried going for dinner but it was closed. We didn’t try a second time. The 4 restaurants outside by the pool/beach area do not have bathrooms you have to use the bathrooms by the pool area! The drinks were not the best and the bartenders did not acknowledge you unless you……

“Magnificent resort amazing staff. Few very minor complaints. Drinks were VERY weak. Most seafood dishes were overcooked. The spa credits are just a hook to get you to over pay for services, and can't be used freely.”
