Loved staying here! The only problem was everything closing early. Pool bar closes at 6pm and the regular bar closes at 10:30pm. The pool also closed at 9pm which I thought was a little early for the summer. Other then that, loved the hotel and staff!

The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff was very nice. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable, however from time to time everything in the room related to the moisture in the air.

The hotel was nice but the rooms are a little disappointing. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was muggy and there was some water damage. The pool is nice and the cocktails were great. The food wasnt worth the prices, unfortunately. If youre planning on doing some sight seeing or outdoor stuff i would stay in old san jaun or condado. The staff were nice and they do change linens and towels everyday. I just wish the rooms were better insulated, beds more comfortable, and the floors werent so dirty.
