The staff were wonderful; courteous and gracias. The area around the hotel was great; it allows access to many activities and shopping. The location couldn’t be better at the sea and access to the beach in the same spot with two pools. I did not like the refrigerator and coffee station in the bathroom. It was unappealing. Overall a great stay and I would return.

Nobody at reception desk when we arrived. Had to wait 30minutes for room even though we arrived after check in time (4PM) which is the latest I ever experience. To elevators with one out of service for the entire stay. Room safe we low battery thus not able to sue. Call front desk for assistance multiple times with no answer. Minimum toiletries even though reservation was for 4 adults. Hallways walls and corners with paint chips. Given the daily room rate, this property is greatly overpriced and should be closed. Will never stay there again.

Great outdoor pool spaces. Staff was wonderful. Exterior of building is very tired and can use a facelift. Interior rooms are dated but clean. Please note that oceanfront rooms on 2nd floor do not have a usable balcony. Book on 3rd floor or higher if you want to sit outside and enjoy the veiw

I loved that the hotel had its own pools and swim up bars, and easy access to the beach. Everyday house keeping provided us with clean towels and bed spreads.

Hotel itself was beautiful, however there needed maintenance.. and a restaurant. I chose it thinking there was a restaurant on site. The staff was ok… not really pleasant except for the concierge. Overall it was just ok. Would not go back there due to the range of other options in the area.Our room was clean but again needed maintenance and toiletries, and of the same brand my bottle of shampoo wasn’t even full so it had been used. At time it gave an motel feel, especially with the very loud ice maker across the hall.

Property is average, had stayed at better properties. Our 1st room had ants. Got moved to 2nd room which had water leaking issue from shower & broken shower head. Front desk was informed about both issues. Shower head got fixed but not the water leakage from shower. Due to water leakage from shower, you stepped into puddle of water despite the placing water mat & towel so you won't slip. Few things missing: water fountain or simple water dispenser with ice. Specially for hot & humidity area. Cleaning crew can do better job on Cleaning. Surface with dust and all the hard surface had stains. Overall it needed deep cleaning.

I have no words to said, just because i didn’t check in on time because my flight was delay in NYC,had catch another flight next day when I try to check in they give my room to someone else with any relocation access from the manager. So disappointing never again book with this hotel

The room had an unpleasant odor, and the chairs were noticeably dirty. Despite initially having a king bed, when I requested a different room, they gave us a room with two queen beds, forcing my wife and me to sleep separately. The elevator's functionality was inconsistent, and the phone in the room was inoperable. Furthermore, there is a daily parking fee of $26, and the hotel does not provide validation, even for guests.
