Your key to the gated property gives access not only to fine accommodations but also to an art collection set in a tropical garden with a perfect pool. “I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort.
