Front desk staff was amazing. They were super helpful. I was able to charge my EV car while i stayed there & that was super convenient. The Wifi/signal isn't as good so my car app didn't refresh so i thought the car wasn't charging. Once i turned the car on i could see it charged 100%, but my car app wasn't reflecting that. But we figured it out the 1st day with the help of the staff. Everything was smooth afterwards. Unfortunately, i forgot my toothbrush at home. The staff was kind enough to give me a disposable one to use with Crest toothpaste. In addition, I woke up sick with a cold & sore throat after the 1st night. The staff was nice enough to ensure their was plenty of lemon-ginger tea packs, honey, and hot water continuously re-supplied in the lounge. That made me feel comforted. I also asked for daily changes of the sheets & towels and to disinfect my room. I feel that aided in a quick recovery and encouraged the healing process. The staff offered personal touches and personalized recommendations based on our interests. They offer SLO Bakery cookies at 3pm in the lobby daily and free continental breakfast in the lobby. Don't miss those delicious cookies. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff did a great job. However, they did have ants in bathroom &bed. They provided written notice of the ant infestation caused by the drought & instructed guests to keep their food/drink in refrigerator. I recommend staying at this quiet, clean Inn next to the beach.
