Was going to a concert at North Island CU Amphitheater and this hotel was only a 10-15 minute drive. First and foremost, the room was very clean, which to me is everything. It came with a mini fridge, microwave, a small sofa and coffee maker. The room was in good shape and appeared to have been recently remodeled and the mattress was comfy. It had easy freeway acces, and had a Carl's Jr, McDonald's and am/pm next door. The surrounding area was quiet and seemed safe. Make sure you have your proof of reservation dates on hand at check-in as they told me my reservation was for a different date until I showed them proof on my phone. They also tried to pull the same thing with another lady checking in and she didn't have a copy of her res and was forced to pay for a room at a much higher rate than she originally booked. The water pressure was also not the best, but other than those 2 minor complaints, I would definitely stay here again.

When I checked in for 3 days, I seen following day the water would be shut off for portion of the day and no discounts where offered when I asked or mentioned when I booked the room. Front office called later that day said I smoked in the room which purpose of booking this room was recovery for surgery in Tijuana. So when I checked in transport picked me up and I was gone 24hours. We'll hotel mentioned someone was smoking in my room and I explained I was in Mexico for surgery and there were no guests in the room while I was gone. Manger stated she sure she didn't give out my room keep. I'm have proof I was out the country for 24hours and traveled alone so how could this be. I was charged $250

The breakfast was amazing with so much variety, something for everyone!! Room clean, bed comfortable, staff nice. But the walls, floors, doors thin.....so I could hear everything outside and from neighbors.
