Love this property, we come with family camping every year and this is always my go to hotel. The outside and greenery is beautiful. I am from Vegas, so I love the courtyard and the overall atmosphere of this hotel.

Unfortunately I was in three different rooms because of noisy neighbors or the freeway. I like the hotel but only on the third floor facing the courtyard and not up against the freeway. Last night I was woken up again by my neighbors and bathroom lights that flickered off and on for no reason. Closing the door resolved the problem. The tv was inoperable but I was able to reboot it. My radio clock alarm went off at 5:33 am this morning. Other than that, I love the proximity to the shops and restaurants.

Would have been a five star revue in every category except, like many places these days they were short staffed so no daily housekeeping. Otherwise, a great place to stay and the breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Did not have dinner there. I am sure it would have been great too.7

It’s ok if you want to stay away from Santa Barbara. Closet door in the rooms are old and stuck. The door for access to the balcony opens even when locked. Anyone from outside can just push the door and enter the room. Staff is nice and friendly. Pool is super small. All in all a below average property.
