The outside area is shared with another apartment but we didn’t see our neighbours much so it still felt private. The automatic gate wasn’t working when we stayed which would have been nice to have been warned about in advance so we didn’t feel like we were breaking it to get in! The road is a little noisy during the day but is not so bad overnight. "
