“The hotel is a very nice and up to date. The on problem for us was the beds were too small and uncomfortable and there’s a lot of outside noise that you can hear from inside the rooms. Makes it difficult for a goodnight sleep if you are a light sleeper.”

“The hotel sells day passes to the pool area so it is effectively unusable for hotel guests. Every day there will be more day pass guests than there are lounge chairs and there are always numerous children. The hotel staff also so not enforce the rules of the pool at all. We had to leave the hotel for a ssh because the local children were screaming so loudly and so constantly that we couldn’t even be in our room… let alone the pool area. I asked the staff if they would enforce the rules and they……

“When we got there, we were very disappointed.. Room was nowhere close to what I thought I booked, it felt like we were in a bunker. There was no lobby and process to check-in was via self check-in. It gave us Airbnb vibes. On the bright side the location is a 100/10, bed was SOLID, and TV was modern enough to AirPlay content from our phone. Also, cleaning lady was the best.”

“What I liked was the mini pool/jacuzzi and the room, everything is brand new. By the other hand, the staff doesn’t explain how to use the amenities, such as the TV at the terrace or the electronic devices. Lack of good vibes.”

“El piso del baño no era antiderrapante, cualquier persona puede resbalar y caer (muy peligroso). Teníamos una jarra (sin tapa) con agua para preparar café, no la usamos podría ser agua de la llave. No hay contactos en la habitación, el de la TV qué no supimos como funcionaba estaba hasta el techo casi, no pudimos cargar los cel Fuimos en época de frío, tuvimos que usar cobijas para tapar las puertas y ventanas, pues se colgaba el aire helado por abajo, y a los lados de las puertas y ventanas.……

“The Casa Acueducto is a lovely little neighborhood hotel. The best rooms are on the upper floor, so asl for one of those if available. The hotel sign is small and unobtrusive so you have to watch for it. It is attached to the hotel above the door. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Most rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker with coffee provided. The proprietor speaks good English and is able to provide useful information about the town an amenities nearby such as a bakery and……
