When we arrived we were greeted with very friendly staff. They have two elevators the one elevator was out for service. Which took a very long time to go up and down from the 12th floor. When we arrived we noticed there is no hot water we called down immediately. They told us that they would have to call somebody in to fix it which took a full 24 hours. Our stay was three days however we only had hot water for one and a half days. The couch leg was broken on the one side. A little stool had a big hole in it. The fridge was not working but after plugging it in it worked. The next day our food and water and ice were totally thawed as the cleaners unplugged the fridge again. For breakfast it was expensive and not very good. The views of the apartment were incredible and the staff were very friendly. When you rent something out and you’re paying good money for it they should make sure that everything works and is in working condition. This place required for you to take a taxi as it it was not in a very good area. We would have like to been able to walk and explore.
