“Great hotel to stay, close to many attractions with easy access to transportation. Friendly and well informed staff. The breakfast was great with enough variety to satisfy anyone taste. Room had a balcony with a great view to the beach. I will definitely will go back another time.”

“Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. The bar service wasn’t friendly and we felt like we were bothering them everytime you asked for a drink, even after tipping them. The property is doing……

“On day one we were in a standard room in tower 2 (newer tower out of the two on property) but there was water maintenance being done and we were without water for over 3 hours which was an inconvenience for us and the lock box was not working. The staff immediately offered us a room change to tower 1 to a jr suite and it was perfect! The view of the ocean and two pools from the balcony were beautiful. The one restaurant on property is delicious and good prices. The beach is also quirt and……

“The service was amazing. The people who work here are really nice and friendly. Me and my family had the best summer vacation here since we arrived to leave it. We don’t have any recommendation about it because all was beautiful and perfect. We were 5 adults and the place was perfect for us. The food was great and we loved the pool and their services near it. Im sure about come back at the next summer. Thanks for everything:”

“I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!”

Unser Apartment im Del Mar war sehr großzügig, mit einem fantastischen direkten Meerblick und Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. “The name and pictures are real but very deceptive, it was very inexpensive and that’s what you get. The staff were very good and very helpful. The toilet is a $5 plastic piece of…… (that it couldn’t flush on its own ever during our 4 nights. I just don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t spend a few more dollars and buy a standard toilet that would work. My advice is spend a little more money and get a place with a view from your room not just the top of the building , good ac and a toilet that……
